Soulful Session - Galentine's Special event across Australia

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, We are bringing together a GALENTINES DAY EVENT for self-connection and connection with others.

Soulful Sessions started in early 2018 as a way of bringing women together for in-person connection and collaboration and a way to contribute to society. As women, we only sometimes create intentional time for ourselves, and Soulful sessions are a reason to do just that! Soulful Sessions is a 100% free and non for profit event run monthly / bi-monthly in different cities across Australia.

What to expect from the event:

When you arrive, you'll be greeted and made to feel welcome and at peace by one of our friendly facilitators and community members. (this is a safe space) come alone or bring a friend. Everyone will receive a workbook where we will have some activities to do during our time together; we will run a guided meditation and have LOTS of time for connection with each other.

What to bring along with you:

- Pillow and/or blanket to sit on

- A pen and paper

- Water bottle

- Open heart and open mind
