Soulful Sessions

Soulful Sessions started in early 2018 to bring women together for in-person connection, collaboration and a way to contribute to society.

Soulful Sessions is a 100% free and non-profit event run monthly / bi-monthly in different cities across Australia and is fastly growing because of the beautiful nature of these events.

Hopi Prophecy, “When the women gather, the world will heal.”

The intention behind these events is to bring together women in a beautiful setting so they can connect with others but mainly with themselves. Soulful Sessions help to provide a safe space for women to share their true selves, where they can find their voice, reclaim their power, and remember their self-worth. Whether this event is a women's circle, a hike through a local natural park or botanical gardens, we also have op shopping days, beach cleans, guest speakers and much more. Sometimes there is an intention behind the meetup or it’s just a lovely morning out with like other-minded people.
