Soulful Sessions - South Coast - January

Soulful Sessions is a 100% free and non for profit event run monthly / bi-monthly in different cities across Australia.

Kick start the new year with a new adventure and step into your intentions for the year as we walk around Broulee Island Nature Reserve.

What to expect;

Whether you’ve walked it a dozen times or it’s been on your list for a while - each time it’s a new adventure. We will be walking around Broulee Island Nature Reserve, connecting with other like minded women and mums ready to grow and learn with each other.

The new year is a great time to reflect back and look forward. What are you celebrating looking back on the past year? What are your intentions for 2023 and have you set goals? How are you tracking already? Time to reflect and connect with yourself in moments on this walk.

If you are bringing your kids - find out what they want to achieve, what they want to learn, where they want to go and encourage them to reflect and connect too.

Walk Information: It’s a 4km Walk - my son done it when he was just over 4 and was struggling a little at the end but made it the whole way. I will be bringing him along and if you do have kids we will have a couple of breaks along the way which will be a great time for reflection/journaling. You know your own kids limits.

Special energy treats along the way are a good incentive!
