About this event

Join us for an art therapy workshop guided by our guest speaker Jessie Thompson as we explore the healing qualities of simply connecting with your inner child and being playful with the creative elements of art.

What to expect;

Come along and join us for a morning of fun and creativity as we are guided through an mixed media art therapy workshop with Jessie Thompson. Bring along your child/ren to this one and if you don’t have any then bring along your own inner child as we set intentions on creating a playful morning of expression.

Set in the beautiful scenic backdrop of the botanical gardens, this event is sure to be one where we get to create more stillness to just be in the moment and experience more connection with ourselves, our children, each other and with nature.

The Enlighten Co. was founded in 2019 when Ella Worsley and Elle Louise McBride came together in their passions and pathways, recognising the need to create a space for like-minded humans.

The intention is to share inspiration, offer support, create conscious connection, and a safe place to be seen, heard, and unconditionally loved, with the core values of the business and the higher goal to re-empower individuals around the globe to know that they already know this is done through Retreats, events, 2:1 coaching, mentorships, online programs and much more.

This community isn’t for enlightened souls, or the ones who’ve figured it out, but for those who are ready and willing to set fire to their lives and start living as they matter. Those who are prepared to recognise that their voice matters and that together, we rise. It’s for those who are craving.
